The main force behind Fuel Your Body Consulting is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their short and long-term nutrition and performance goals. Whether you’re seeking to improve your overall health, adjust body composition, implement performance nutrition fueling strategies, or work towards disease prevention and longevity each person is individually assessed and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan.
With 12 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics in North Carolina, I currently work with Special Operations as a Performance Dietitian and strive to provide evidenced-based guidance and counseling to optimize performance, enhance recovery, and increase physical capacity and resilience.
